Biological Grapes/Blend: 85% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot nero
Vinification: Gentle press, fermentation in refrigerated stainless steel tank
Maturation: 6 months in stainless-steel vats
Refining: 24 months on yeasts
Alcol strenght: 12,5%
Residual sugar content: Less than 1g/l sugar
Colour: Straw yellow
Perlage: Persistent and fine
Nose: Notes of tropical fruit and candies
Mouth: Dry, sapid and persisten
Matching food: Matches perfectly with the whole meal,from appetizers to white meats, fish, first courses and cheeses
Serving: Temperature around 6/8 °C
Soil: With quartz-calcareous matrix, partially clay
Training system: Guyot training method
Plants per hectare: From 5800 to 6200 plants
