Vinification: Gentle press, fermentation in refrigerated stainless steel tank and barriques
Maturation: 6 months in stainless-steel vats
Refining: 30 months on yeasts
Alcol strenght: 12,5%
Residual sugar content: 4g/l sugar
Colour: Onion skins and pastel color
Perlage: Persistent and fine
Nose: Notes of flowers and red fruits
Mouth: Dry, sapid and persisten
Matching food: Matches perfectly with the whole meal, reccomended with meats and fish.
Serving: Temperature around 6/8 °C
Soil: With quartz-calcareous matrix, partially clay
Training system: Guyot training method
Plants per hectare: From 5800 to 6200 plants
Yield per hectare: 60 quintals
