T he ancient vinicultural cellar "Riccafana" in Franciacorta, founded and still owned by the Fratus Family, is located on the southern slope of Monte Orfano, a unique setting, where authentic, mineral, and very sapid product arise, which stand out for their high perception.
Our enological philosophy has always aimed at the complete respect of the natural features of our grapes, with extremely limeted intervention both in the countryside and in the cellar. Our main goal is to respect, esteem and venerate the natural complexity of our wines.
